Why Hembree Farm

A family story carried forward.

Hembree Farm Market honors the Hembree family, whose Roswell roots reach back to around 1835 and continued through eight generations.

The name is more than a reference to the past. It expresses the purpose of the market: to support the people who grow, make, build and create in Georgia—and to give their work a lasting place in the commercial life of the community.

The focused concept

The bed is the front door to the whole home.

The concept begins with a tactile, giftable and repeat-purchase bedding boutique, then extends naturally into complete bedroom, living, dining and office settings. Hembree Farm remains the customer-facing identity while trusted manufacturing, furniture and design partners give the store depth and credibility.

01 · BEDDING BOUTIQUE · 40%

Hembree Farm bedding with a recognized premium layer

Hembree Farm private-label bedding is imported from selected Egyptian and Turkish textile manufacturers. A prospective Boll & Branch specialty-retail boutique adds a recognized premium assortment of sheets, bedding, bath and gifting, subject to brand and wholesale approval.

02 · PRIVATE-LABEL FURNITURE · 30%

Furniture created for the Hembree Farm brand

Trend Manor and Badass Recliners form the manufacturing platform for Hembree Farm private-label furniture, extending the brand from the bed into coordinated living, dining, bedroom and office presentations.

03 · CURATED ROOMS & SERVICES · 20%

Premium brands complete the rooms

Mission Motif provides curated access to Stickley and Stressless, while Leather Creations adds custom upholstery handcrafted in Georgia. Together, the platform supports room planning, residential design, property staging, model-home packages and coordinated delivery.

04 · PANTRY & GIFTS · 10%

A take-home taste of Georgia

A compact, gift-ready assortment can combine Hembree private-label Georgia goods, Stuckey’s and Crown Candy with a potential seasonal Jaemor Farms shop-in-shop—offering pantry items, produce and gift boxes without requiring a Hembree-operated kitchen. All named partnerships remain subject to agreement.

Space and outdoor strategy

A Hembree House with room to live outdoors.

The Blue Ridge Collection extends Hembree Farm into porch, patio, garden and rooftop living. Selected Buckhead outdoor lines can be curated and, where agreements permit, privately labeled with a North Georgia point of view.

Preferred format A

The two-story Hembree House

Ground level: bedding boutique, pantry, gifting and immediate-purchase goods. Upper level: bedroom, living, dining and office settings with a design and staging studio. A connected roof terrace becomes the Blue Ridge outdoor showroom where structurally feasible.

Preferred format B

Indoor flagship plus outdoor court

A prominent ground-floor store opens directly to a covered terrace, courtyard or shared green. Outdoor rooms remain visible from inside and support seasonal merchandising, demonstrations and design consultations.

Optional format C

Rooftop Blue Ridge pavilion

A rooftop showroom creates destination value and private-event potential. This option depends on elevator access, structural loading, weather protection, drainage, secure storage and life-safety requirements.

Illustrative real-estate target: approximately 8,000-12,000 square feet of interior space across one or two levels, plus 1,500-3,500 square feet of adjacent or rooftop outdoor selling space where feasible. The outdoor component is preferred, not a condition of the concept.

A distinctive local-commerce anchor.
