A permanent nonprofit home for gospel music, broadcast, recording and Macon’s musical history. We are raising the founding support to acquire the property and open it.

Help acquire the property

The Vision

Not a preserved building. A working media institution.

Five operating parts, one property, one mission.

02

ChurchView Studios

03

ChurchView FM

A broadcast home for gospel music, Macon music, local churches, community programming and performances recorded live at the Walden, subject to required approvals.

04

ChurchView Archive

Recordings, photographs, memorabilia, interviews and oral histories that would otherwise disappear.

Good food. Great music. Macon stories.

Sunday Gospel Brunch

Guests gather downstairs for brunch, then move into the auditorium for a professionally produced live gospel performance.

Choirs. Quartets. Soloists. Macon legends. New voices.

Each Sunday is recorded once and used many times. One Sunday creates programming that runs all week and reaches far beyond Macon.

FM RadioStreamingVideoPodcastsSocial MediaArchive

375 seats. One historic stage. A new Macon Sunday tradition.

Why Macon

Few American cities hold Macon’s concentration of musical history.

Gospel, soul, Southern rock, R&B, country and the traditions of the Black church all shaped a culture whose influence traveled far past Middle Georgia.

The goal is not simply to remember Macon’s music.

The goal is to keep making it.
